Terms and Conditions of Use
To conclude a Purchase Agreement on the website 9A.LV, please familiarize yourself with and accept the terms offered by SIA "PTP STORE", unified reg. No. 40003708801 (hereinafter referred to as "9A.LV"):
1. The sale of goods offered by 9A.LV takes place through an internet-based offer, with the buyer placing an order, thus forming a Distance Contract between the buyer and the seller.
2. Orders can be placed on the website www.9a.lv, in person at the store located at 120M Dzelzavas street, Riga, by phone at +371 61303040, or via email: info@ptp.lv.
3. All prices on 9A.LV include value-added tax. Discounts may be applied to the price.
4. Payment for the ordered goods can be made using cashless transactions, which are technically possible on 9A.LV, or by bank transfer.
5. When placing an order, it is necessary to provide an email address for the buyer to receive instructions, invoices, delivery notes, and other necessary documentation.
6. When ordering a product, the buyer can choose the method of receiving the goods. Please see the "Delivery" section for options.
7. The buyer has the right to receive the ordered goods within three working days from the moment confirmation of product availability and delivery is received.
8. Before starting to use the purchased product, please use it only in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, according to the product's specifications, and intended use.
9. If you reconsider and decide to withdraw from the purchase, the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (CRPL) and the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 255 "Regulations on Distance Contracts" (CMR No. 255) stipulate that the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days and return the product purchased online to the seller. To arrange for the return of the product, please fill out the withdrawal form and contact us by email: info@ptp.lv or by phone: +371 61303040, indicating the order number and date. You can return the product by delivering it to 120M Dzelzavas iela, Riga, or by sending it together with the withdrawal form using courier services.
10. Procedure for handling complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution:
Complaints about the quality of goods should be submitted electronically by sending them to the email address info@ptp.lv or in writing to 120M Dzelzavas iela, Riga, LV-1021. The complaint will be reviewed within 7 working days from the date of receipt, with a response sent to the contact address provided in the complaint. If the complaint is deemed unjustified and the Buyer does not agree with the rejection of the complaint, the buyer has the right to use the alternative dispute resolution rights provided by law by submitting a written application to the seller for out-of-court dispute resolution, indicating: name, surname, contact information; date of submission of the application; the essence of the dispute, requirements, and their justification.
11.If technical problems arise with the product during use, the product service will be carried out in accordance with the norms of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (CRPL). The service time for the product is indicated in its description. When making a purchase, the buyer will receive a receipt along with the product. Purchase documents are valid only if they correctly and clearly indicate: the product model, serial number, date of sale. It is prohibited to make any changes, delete, or overwrite the data indicated in the purchase documents - in such cases, the service documents will be considered invalid.
12.Please note that CRPL norms do not apply to cases where the product is purchased by legal entities.
13. In compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, SIA "PTP STORE" keeps purchase agreements concluded with buyers to the extent necessary for accounting purposes.
14. Marketing activities:
9A.LV may freely initiate various marketing activities, including loyalty programs; By registering or making purchases in the online store 9A.LV, the buyer may be registered to receive newsletters and informational messages via email. Opt-out options: as specified on the 9A.LV website or by informing electronically at info@ptp.lv 9A.LV reserves the right not to process an order if communication with the customer via the provided phone number or email is unsuccessful.
