Warranty and Returns

1. ​​​​​When concluding a distance contract, i.e., making a purchase on the 9A.LV website, you have the right to use the right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.

2. The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal should be calculated as follows:

• if a product is purchased - from the day the consumer acquires possession of the product;
• if multiple products are ordered in one order, delivered separately - from the day the consumer acquires possession of the last product;
• if a product consisting of several batches or parts is delivered - from the day the consumer acquires possession of the last batch or part of the product.

3. You have the right during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal to test the respective product to ensure that it meets your needs and desires. Remember! During the period of exercising the right of withdrawal, you have the right to use the product only to the extent necessary for its inspection (to the same extent as you could do before purchasing the product in a physical store).

4. By exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for using the product in a way that exceeds the purpose of inspecting the product, for using the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal in a manner incompatible with the principles of good faith, as well as for reducing the value, quality, and safety of the product.

5. Upon customer request, the 9A.LV online store must send a withdrawal form to the customer's specified email address, which includes the seller's name, address, and a description of the right of withdrawal. The withdrawal form can be requested electronically by sending a request to the email info@ptp.lv.

6. It is the customer's obligation to return the product to the seller within 14 calendar days from sending the withdrawal form. When returning the product to the seller, the customer must ensure the packaging for the transportation of the product.

7. If you exercise the right of withdrawal, the 9A.LV online store has the obligation to refund you the money for the purchased product as soon as possible, but no later than 14 calendar days from the day you have sent a written withdrawal. Please note that the costs of product delivery (if such a service was used) or the costs associated with returning the product to the seller are covered by the customer. The 9A.LV online store will refund the money only to the bank account specified in the withdrawal form.

8. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can return the product by delivering it to the 9A.LV store at Dzelzavas street 120M in Riga or by sending the product via courier. The customer must ensure appropriate packaging for transportation - the original packaging of the product must be packed in another transportation packaging.
